 Because you will not start mirc after use the previous patch alone without
 using FiSH addon first.
 Stupid mistake,sorry! :( Bad mood for bad patch
 I forgot to disable integrity check in the patch because I made it based on the 
 one patched with FiSH addon previously (Which has already integrity check
 disabled).

Q:How to Disable CTCP VERSION Reply?
A:Run the patch and it works on mIRC 6.20 even FiSH patch already used.
  OR manually open mIRC.exe with HEX mode in UltraEdit
  Find             0F85A30000008D
  Replace it with  E9A4000000908D

Q:I don't wanna disable it.How can I change the reply message only?
A:Open mIRC.exe with HEX mode in UltraEdit
  Change the text below but at least leave a HEX value 00 as the end of string.
  Or you will be sucked.
